PBI Continues Weekly Virtual Happy Hour via Instagram Live

Join Palm Beach Illustrated and dining editor Liz Petoniak on Fridays at 5 p.m. on Instagram Live for SIP with PBI virtual happy hour! SIP stands for shelter in place, and each week PBI will welcome mixologists from our favorite local restaurants and bars to teach you how to craft delicious cocktails using ingredients you can find in your own kitchen.

July 17: Grab those cocktail shakers and get ready to kick off the weekend on Instagram Live at 5 p.m. tonight with SIP with PBI, presented by the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival and sponsored by Balvenie! This week, Johnny German, bartender at Almond Palm Beach, will show us how to make two cocktails that are *almost* too pretty to drink: the “Almost Blue” with Empress Gin and grapefruit liqueur and “Oh Please,” which employs Spring 44 Gin and raspberry jam. Then, The Balvenie Scotch East Coast Ambassador Naomi Leslie, will join us from a sail boat, where she’ll be mixing up the “Tattletale,” a unique concoction that combines two different Balvenie whiskies.
